The Horizon glass fronted inset gas fire designed to fit multiple flue installations. It is compatible with most pre-cast flues, pre-fabricated flue systems (class 1 or class 2 with min. 127mm / 5″ diameter or greater) and conventional class 1 brick built chimneys. The multi-flue firebox fits a standard fireplace opening, typically 16″ wide x 22″ high (please refer to specification – excludes low lintels) and requires a minimum fireplace depth of only 125mm, plus 20mm for debris collection.
The Horizon glass fronted gas fire can be specified in Manual Control (Rotary) or Manual (Fingerslide) and is available with coal fuel bed only.
The elegant understated Horizon front has slightly angled horizontal bars and subtle curved profile allows it to equally suit contemporary, modern or traditional home decors. The Horizon fret is available in: brass (solid brass), chrome (chrome plated brass), black (lightweight aluminium). It is designed to free stand in front of the fire and frame. The ashpan is a separate component and provides access to the controls (model dependent). The frame is held in position with magnets (supplied) and depending on the model is available in: brass effect, chrome effect or black.

|As with any open fire, a fire guard complying with BS 8423 must be used. Fire guards are intended to protect people from falling into a fire, prevent burns and reduce the risk of injury, particularly to young children and the infirm. In addition it is intended to reduce the risk of fire resulting from clothing and/or other flammable materials coming into contact with, or in proximity to, burning fuel and/or hot surfaces.
